SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
- All sale items are final sale (not returnable and not refundable).
- All jewelry, handbags, lingerie, swimwear and gift cards are final sale (not returnable and not refundable).
- All returned items must be shipped requiring direct signature upon delivery. Should you send return without signature, you assume full liability for the package.
- Items must be received back within 15 days for a refund.
- Items returned must be unworn and in perfect condition. Shoes must be in original, undamaged box.
- Any items that are soiled or damaged may not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. All designer and Sheridan Square tags must still be attached.
- Shipping charges incurred to receive your order and for returns are non-refundable.

- Refunds: All sale items, jewelry, handbags, lingerie, swimwear and gift cards are final sale and are not returnable and not refundable. If your package is returned within the 15 day timeline specified above and you are approved, then your refund will be processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 days. Based on your financial institution, the refund may take additional days to post to your account. If you haven’t received a refund timely, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

- Allow for 4 to 6 business days for all domestic ground shipping in the US. Overnight and 2 day shipping is available.
